• At Travesía JY, we understand that unexpected changes can occur in travel plans. Therefore, we have established clear and transparent policies to ensure better organization of our operations and services in San Blas.

🌴 Cancellations and Refunds

• More than 5 days before the tour:
  An 80% refund of the amount paid will be issued.

• Between 3 and 4 days before the trip:
  A 25% fee will be charged on the total value of the reservation.

• Two (2) days before the trip:
  50% of the total value of the reservation will be charged.

• One (1) day before the trip:
  Cancellations made until 2:59 PM will incur a charge of 75% of the reservation value.

• Cancellations made after 3:00 PM are not eligible for a refund

• No Show or non-attendance:
  If the client does not show up at the agreed time for the transfer or activity, the payment made will not be refunded.

📅 Date changes

• The customer may request a date change to avoid cancellation charges, provided that the request is made at least 24 hours in advance before 12:00 PM and is subject to operational availability.

• Only one (1) date change is allowed free of charge. Date changes are not eligible for a refund.

🌦️ Force majeure and weather conditions

• If Travesía JY needs to cancel or modify an activity due to:
  • extreme weather conditions,
  • government restrictions,
  • security,
  • or situations beyond our control,

• The company will be able to offer:
  • rescheduling at no additional cost,
  • credit for future reservations,
  • or partial reimbursement based on administrative and operational expenses already incurred.

🚫 Unused services

• No refunds are given for:
  • customer delays,
  • late arrivals,
  • voluntary abandonment of activities,
  • services not used due to personal decision.

• All cancellation or modification requests must be made in writing through our official customer service channels or WhatsApp.
